Issue 2025-04
SOCIETAS ET IURISPRUDENTIA • Issue 2025-04
The fourth issue of the thirteenth volume of the journal SOCIETAS ET IURISPRUDENTIA offers a total of two separate scientific studies. The very first study offers readers a comprehensive critical analysis of the ethical use of artificial intelligence by legal practitioners in South Africa, in which the authors compare current experiences and lessons learned with the legal status of addressing this issue in Germany and France. The second and final study examines and analyses in detail the legal regulation of employers’ obligations arising from the supplementary pension scheme in the Slovak Republic in its current version.
