Abstract: The paper is focused on protection of whistleblowers in the legal order of the Czech Republic within the context of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the Protection of Persons Who Report Breaches of the Union Law. Specifically, the paper deals with the previous and the current proposals for the legal regulation of the whistleblowers’ protection.
