The first issue of the fourth volume of the journal SOCIETAS ET IURISPRUDENTIA offers a total of six separate scientific studies in two different languages – in the English and Slovak languages. The initial study presents very broadly, systematically, and clearly the current issues concerning the private school principal’s appointment according to the law of the Czech Republic. The following study offers readers consistently prepared new draft of legal regulation of the donation contract according to the Slovak legal order. The third study offers explanation, clarification as well as very precise analysis of the key pillars of questions connected with the smart sanctions of the United Nations Security Council, including an exhaustive elucidation of their enforcement and operation. The fourth study carefully clarifies, analyses, and evaluates the current legal state and key results connected with the questions of the statute of limitations related to interests on late payment and to contractual penalty according to the legal order of the Slovak Republic. The following study accurately analyses and on the basis of research realized in the territory of the Slovak Republic clarifies and with selected foreign countries from the microeconomic point of view compares the crucial indicators of the financial autonomy of municipalities. The final study very precisely analyses and deeply evaluates the websites’ accessibility of the central public administration bodies in the Banská Bystrica region from the view of applying the skip navigation mechanism.
