Issue 2024-01
SOCIETAS ET IURISPRUDENTIA • Issue 2024-01
The first issue of the twelfth volume of the journal SOCIETAS ET IURISPRUDENTIA offers a total of three separate scientific studies. The very first study offers readers a very comprehensive and detailed view of the key and extremely topical issues of legal regulation aimed at enforcing the rule of law in South Africa. The following study brings a jurisprudential analysis of the right to life and dignity from the South African perspective. The final study presents systematic and thorough analysis of the concepts of the objective aspect of homicide and culpable bodily harm from the point of view of the Slovak legal system.
